Building a better proposal process with intuitive UI/UX design.
ABM is a coast-to-coast facility management company that offers everything from janitorial services, to security or in this case HVAC maintenance. ABM’s Linc Service (HVAC) division was out to increase its revenue by breaking through two obstacles, time and accuracy. Estimates were still primarily done on paper, a lot of paper, which took time and effort. To streamline the process and improve response times, meant it was time to go digital. What I learned throughout the process is that HVAC is anything but simple once you step outside the confines of a residential home. After a significant amount of push and pull from other service partners and developers (and the largest set of wireframes to date) we successfully peeled back the extra layers to design an application with a clean UI and an intuitive user experience for the Linc Service sales force.
